Opal India is the main character.
She is 11 years old. She likes to make friends and she likes her dog.
Her dog was big. She found the dog at the grocery
store called Winn-Dixie. She called him Winn Dixie
because of that. Story takes place at the state called
Florida and other places. I like the part where she
first meets the dog where the dog slams the manager's face.
I would recommend this to one of my friends because his
dad goes around the country every week.
I like this book because it have some funny part and serious kind of part.
