Holes

I read the book called Holes. The author of the book is Louis Sachar and is scholastic.

The story takes place in camp green lake. A hundred years ago there use to be a large lake, but not anymore.

Now the town dried up along with the lake.

Camp green lake is a camp for bad boys.

Stanley and his friend zero are the main characters of the book.

they were both send the camp green lake. Stanley from a poor family.

he had never been to camp before. Stanley was given a choice,jail or camp green lake,and he chose camp green lake. All they do in camp green lake is dig up holes everyday.

I didn't enjoy reading this book,but I still recommend it to any one who likes to read it.
